Land Rover Defender 200/300Tdi Galvanised Bulkhead. This bulkhead will suit all Land Rover Defender 200Tdi and 300Tdi models, and is the easiest bulkhead to adapt to Land Rover Perentie and Land Rover County V8 and Isuzu applications. Manufactured by Shielder Chassis in the UK. This is a single skin, galvanised bulkhead that will not have the problems of rust between layers of steel as found with traditional bulkheads. Notes from the manufacturer:

– Made from British steel. All Shielder bulkheads are formed and fabricated in-house, to exact specifications, by experienced fabricators.
– Our 1.5mm single skin design has a worldwide patent pending. Specifically designed to withstand the galvanising process; free from distortion.
– Shielder bulkheads are manufactured from thicker sheet steel than the original bulkheads, 1.5mm verses 1mm. The outcome is a stronger bulkhead that can be properly galvanised with no negative impact.
