LR Partshop are proud to offer our range of reconditioned Land Rover LT230 transfer cases.

We are able to supply reconditioned LT230 transfer cases to suit all Land Rover models, including all Land Rover Defender and Puma models, Discovery 1, Discovery 2 and Range Rover Classic models.

All of our transfer cases are fully reconditioned in house with all bearings, seals and shims replaced with Genuine or Original Equipment parts (Corteco seals, Timken/NTN Bearings), and gears, shafts and flanges are replaced as required. All of our transfer cases also undergo a modification to eliminate any potential leaks from the intermediate shaft. Rebuilt in house by the team at LR Partshop. All of our rebuilt units come with a 1 year warranty.

We can also build a unit up to your desired specifications, including fitment of an Ashcroft LT230 ATB and ratio changes between 1.4 and 1.2 ratio transfer cases. We can also supply outright transfer cases.

Transfer cases are sold on an exchange basis. A core surcharge of $500 will apply against your exchange unit. When purchasing a gearbox from us, you will be contacted regarding freight to and from your address, and to make a separate payment for the core surcharge and freight costs. Outright transfer case purchases available on request, please contact our team for more information.
