All goods must be returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement can be processed.
If the item is faulty due to a manufacturer defect, production error, or failure to meet consumer guarantees, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Faults caused by misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions are not covered.
If the return is accepted as a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
We will respond within a reasonable time and provide next steps based on your consumer rights.
