  • Fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL

Change of Mind

All goods must be returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement can be processed.

  • If the item is faulty due to a manufacturer defect, production error, or failure to meet consumer guarantees, we will cover the cost of return postage.

  • Faults caused by misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions are not covered.

  • If the return is accepted as a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We will respond within a reasonable time and provide next steps based on your consumer rights.
